Booking Terms and Conditions
Room prices, including breakfast, are subject to change without notice. However, where change does occur, the dirham rate applied to bookings already made will be respected.
Reservation deposit: to secure your booking online, by e-mail or telephone, it is necessary to pay a deposit amounting to 10% of the total room cost for your chosen dates which can be transacted using our secure online booking process. Each page containing personal information is encrypted.
Cancellations: if you need to cancel your booking and do so more than 7 days before your planned arrival date there will be no charge, i.e. the deposit will be refunded, although different provisions apply to Christmas/New Year (see below).
New Year’s Eve: those making bookings with the hotel at this time (for the ‘Réveillon de la St Sylvestre’) should be aware that the cost of the hotel's New Year's Eve party and gala dinner will be added to accounts. This special gala event includes welcome cocktails, a five course Moroccan menu and a programme of entertainment including Moroccan dancers, musicians and others and a DJ plays music for dancing into the wee small hours. The evening is open to outside diners as well as residents.
The DEPOSIT REQUIRED for bookings during the Christmas/New Year season (23 December to 2 January) is 25% of the appropriate cost. This is refundable (less 500 dh) if more than 2 months notice of cancellation is given but is forfeited if less than 2 months notice is given.
Payments by credit card
The following general conditions of sale governing all transactions made on the website of Les Borjs de la Kasbah, (a trading name of BMJ Investissement SARL) via the payment platform of Maroc Telecommerce SA are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties concerned. To pay for your booking by credit card you may choose a means of payment from among those offered by Les Borjs de la Kasbah (Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard or CMI but, sorry, not AmEx) as displayed on the purchase order form. In each case, the transaction to debit your account is made on the day following the date of booking confirmation.
Your credit card payment facilitated by Maroc Telecommerce provides a completely secure encrypted payment service. By completing the booking form and providing card details the purchaser confers upon BMJ Investissement the right to apply the method of payment chosen by him or her and the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment apply.
The card details recorded on its platform by Maroc Telecommerce S.A. constitute proof of the authenticity of all financial transactions between the Purchaser and BMJ Investissement SARL.
