The evening consists of a five course gala dinner preceded by cocktails around the pool accompanied by a local folk group and a fire breathing display. The entertainment continues during dinner in a festively decorated marquee erected over the hotels' main patio with an award-winning magician, musicians and, of course, a belly dancer. As midnight approaches a DJ launches the disco and celebrations continue into the wee small hours.
